Cannot enter the PokéBeach IRC server

I was wondering if there is a certain condition involved into entering the Pokébeach IRC server?
It appears as though my luck has run dry.

I have attempted using JAVA IRC on the Pokébeach main website, and also my mIRC 6.3 client, but to no avail.

I apologise if this thread isn't in the correct forum. I'm not sure if there was a "Help" section anywhere.

The Java chat has been dead for a while. It will be fixed whenever WPM feels like it.
