Hey, I found some cool Pictures on the Internet, it's just that I'm trying to put them in my sig. I don't have the URL, but I must Upload it. Is there anyway I can put Uploaded Pictures for my Sig?

Okay, go to Yahoo, click, Suicune, and get the second picture,with Raikou and Entei. Help me modify it by:

Brightness= Negative 2
Contrast= Negative 21
Midtone= Negative 19,

Then Flip it Horizontally, and make the dimensions 200X210.
