BW/BW2 Can anyone help?

Hi all, I live in the UK and have a Japanese copy of both Black and White, I'm currently using my White version and attempting to trade online, my online functionality itself works fine so I have no device conflicts but I can't get into the trade room, problem is with it all being in Japanese I don't know what the person in the Pokemon Center is saying the problem is, could anyone advise, thanks for any help.

You need the C-Gear in order to get online. To get into the Wi-Fi Club, you need a Friend Code.

Thanks for the quick response, I have the C-Gear (game is completed) and I have a friend code added to my Pal Pad.
