Im only looking for bulk and 1 tapu lele RA, but will look at FA/SR binders
I understand that you need refs in order to send first, but I will not when it comes to bulk, as I need to verify condition. Bulk cannot include basic energy. For other trades, I have no problems sending first, as long as you have refs.
