Does this mean byes count as 0% resistance? Or I might have heard somewhere that they were 50%... Also, are first round byes any better? I was told by a Judge that they were good.
 
Byes that are rewards for winning States and Regionals are the only ones that give you resistance. If you got a bye from something else it gives 0 resistance. The only reason a first round bye can be good is because the first opponent you play will have a perfect record going into the second round.~KA
