Ruling Breloom Secret Wonders attack question

The exact word for word text of Breloom's Homing Uppercut is:

"If the defending pokemon's retreat cost is 0, this attack does 60 damage plus 60 more damage."

So if the opponents pokemon is a Blaziken FB which has a retreat cost of 1, but also has Champions Room in play, does this attack do 60 more?

And for future questions, is this attack treated as a "current state of the game" or as "exactly what the card says"?

Cause that stadium gives blaziken 0 retreat, but without it, its 1.

Yes, the retreat cost being reduced will count as zero for Breloom SW's Homing Uppercut. The extra damage will be applied.

So basically in a flygon deck you can hit anything for 120 as long as flygon gives them free retreat.

I'm pretty sure you can, yes. I'll see if I can find it in the compendium.

Edit: I just checked on the Gym, and it is indeed legal. You will do 120 damage to almost everything in Flygon.

Yeah I know. Its so cool. It can 1HKO anything in the Flygon decks with expert belt. 140 damage for 3 energy and no discard. NICE.

But its just as slow as flygon, but DCE would help it alot against other decks....Could even consider playing moonlight/the other breloom, for getting 140 every turn.

Moonlight? Wait what?

But yeah, im working on a decklist for breloom. Its a rough deck no doubt, but using 2 of the SV breloom to eliminate retreat cost, (and possibly donk) then 2 of the SW breloom to hit for 120-140.

It SHOULD kill Gengar decks and flygon decks without too much trouble.

Moonlight for giving their psychic/dark's free retreat to hit for 120,or even champions room, its a stage 1 so you dont need to play 4 BTS.

Oh I see!
Thanks.

But Im not going to say anything else here as this is a Quetison thread. I'll start a thread in the Combo area in a few.

Be sure to take note: This is only if they have the right Energies on the Flygon.

dmaster out.

be sure to also note that breloom is frail and slow and an absolutely trashy attacker against anything that isn't psychic/dark/flygon/an sp with 1 or less retreat (and is getting fainting spelled all day by gengar)
