So I was inspired to do a Fossil based set, I can't even remember what drove me to do this, it just seemed like a cool idea I guess.
The idea I had was that Fossil Pokémon would have their own category sort of, with the colour scheme having fossil based artwork all over it.
Also, Fossil Pokémon would have their non-Rock type, but have a rule where they all have Rock as their secondary type.
Also, basic Dragon energies, will be represented by [Z] because B just made everything bold.

Chikorita – Grass – HP 40
Basic Pokémon

[G] Leech Seed: 10 damage.
As long as this Pokémon is in play, once per turn, if your active Pokémon has any damage counters on it, move 1 damage counter from
that Pokémon onto the defending Pokémon.

If this Pokémon has a [FOSSIL] energy attached to it, the defending Pokémon is paralysed for 3 turns, and discard all energy attached to this Pokémon.

This attack does 20 damage for each Grass type Pokémon in play.
If the defending Pokémon would be knocked out by this attack, put the number of damage counters necessary
to knock it out on that Pokémon, then place the rest of the damage counters on your opponent's Pokémon in any way you like, this
Pokémon then does 80 damage to itself.

This card stays in play when you play it. Discard this card if another Stadium card comes into play. If another card with the same name is in play, you can’t play this card.

Stadium [ENTRY HAZARD]

Whenever the opponent places a Pokémon as his or her active Pokémon, place 2 damage counters on that Pokémon.
If that Pokémon is weak to [G] type, place 4 damage counters on that Pokémon instead.
(Does not affect [G], [M] or [R] type Pokémon)

This card stays in play when you play it. Discard this card if another Stadium card comes into play. If another card with the same name is in play, you can’t play this card.

Ayyy thank you! I'll fix wording errors.
And yeah, I've wanted to see entry hazards for a while, they have stadiums and also moves. Skarmory and Bastiodon, for instance, have Spikes and Stealth Rock respectively and the hazards only apply while the Pokémon's in play.
They also work differently, the stadiums are pretty much straight up entry hazards, I reckon it'd help balanced hazard stacking for hypothetical hazard-based decks, and with a Pokémon's move it has more potential which you'll see when I next update the list.

Re-introducing a mechanic long dead, energyless attacks (represented by blank brackets).
I've also decided to break the metagame with an ironically balanced BREAK GX card. I don't think it'd hurt combining those two for a tiny handful of cards.

This attack does 60 damage plus 10 more damage for each Fossil Pokémon in your discard pile.

At the end of this turn, discard Genesect BREAK (this counts as de-evolving).
At the start of yours and your opponent's next turns, draw 7 cards instead of one.

Choose two of your opponent's benched Pokémon. The opponent must discard one and shuffle the other card back into his or her deck.
If the discarded card was an evolved, EX or Fossil Pokémon, discard all energies attached to this Pokémon.
Do not draw a prize card for the discarded Pokémon.

Banette EX – Psychic – HP 140
Basic Pokémon

If tails, put this card back in your hand and shuffle all cards attached to it back into your deck.
The next time you use this attack, ignore all effects except damage.

If both are tails, the defending Pokémon is now Asleep. Place 1 damage counter on the defending Pokémon every turn that it's asleep.
This ability cannot be used if the defending Pokémon is already affected by a Special Condition.

Choose up to 5 energy cards from your discard pile and put them in your hand.
Then, place 2 damage counters for each energy chosen onto your opponent's benched Pokémon in any way you like.

[P][P][P][P][P] Oopsy-Daisy: 160 damage.
You may discard as many energies as you like from any of your Pokémon in play.
If you do, your opponent chooses that many cards to discard from his or her deck.
Do not draw prize cards for any Pokémon discarded in this way.
