Strategy: Swarm Eeveelutions with Trainers. Main attacker is Umbreon Prime, swing for at least 80 each turn. Expert Belt, Nidoqueen, and Espeon MD help with survivability, so use Unown Q and Umbreon MD with Seeker, Cloud-Covered Moon, and Super Scoop Up to keep cycling the Umbreon Primes. Use Double Colorless Energy to get fast attacks, Dark Energy to get more powerful, grab them with Unown DARK. Keep your opponent from getting prizes by cycling, and attack for high numbers each turn. No worries about Vilegar, they hit hard from my unused Trainers and can snipe around the Umbreon, but I can usually OHKO Gengars, and Nidoqueen heals from Shadow Room. Weavile helps against Lostgar, and again I OHKO Gengars. 140 HP with Expert Belt and Espeon, so can take two hits from all but Jumpluff and Gyarados, so just cycle more there. Use Umbreon UD to counter Dialga and Gengar decks with whom you have trouble surviving and/or getting out the main attacker.

Considerations...Maybe I should play a Boomerangee, like Victreebel TR, Flygon LV. X RR, Spiritomb AR, Crobat G, or another. They all have their advantages, especially Flygon (Even though Flygon SW is rotated, which would have been amazing, Flygon RR is still helpful without attacking). If I did play Flygon, I would probably replace my Weavile with Slowking HS. Victreebel would have trouble retreating, as it has two natural retreat cost, although I do play Unown Q. Spiritomb AR could help me set up. Crobat G of course, would be helpful with its power, not to mention SSU's, Seekers, and the possible addition of Poketurns to go with the Cyrus' Conspiracies.
