Q. Does Ursaring's "Intimidating Fang " Poké-BODY prevent coming into play Powers like Zapdos EX's "Legendary Ascent"?

Going by this ruling, does that mean that Battle Frontier will stop Blissful Support?

BATTLE FRONTIER does stop BLISSFUL SUPPORT.

When Battle Frontier is in play, it shuts off ALL poke-powers and poke-bodies for C, M and D evolved pokemon no matter what the pokemon is. It doesnt matter if it's a 'coming in to play' power like Blissey ex, it still shuts it off.

So is it now doesn't has any come into play advantage? Such as medicham ex then i play non ex pokemon with power stated come into play, it will not work?

No, because that is a power on a non-Pokemon ex, and therefore doesn't work when Medicham-ex is Active.
