1.) What is FB? Is this a SP(special pokemon) ? What is the difference? Can I put an FB or GL level up on a NON FB or GL card? Mismagius from undaunted, can he level up to Mismagius LvL X GL?

2.) When I use Luring Flame and bring switch my opponents pokemon, that pokemon is now burned. Does my opponent flip a coin immediately or wait till the next turn?

3.) When a pokemon is burned, flips the coin and gets tails, and has a weakness to fire... does weakness get added on to the burn damage?

1. FB stands for Frontier Brain's Pokemon. It is a Pokemon SP. You cannot level up non-SP Pokemon to its SP equivalent.

Just to clarify on point 2 - the flip for burn happens between every turn. Your opponent would not flip a coin immediately after being burned; rather, that step would take place after you had ended your turn, and before your opponent began his/hers. Likewise, after your opponent's turn ends, and before yours begins, another flip for the burn condition would take place (assuming the defending Pokémon was still burned).
