Bill's Maintenance from EX Crystal Guardians scan not displaying properly

The scan for Bill's Maintenance from EX Crystal Guardians seems to have problem.

It doesn't display properly.

I even attempted loading the image on Firefox but same result.

Can the scan be fixed?

In case you are trying to view the scan, there is also a Bill's Maintenance in FRLG. It does the same thing but is just in different sets.
