Well the Navel Rock Lugia, I went to the event, got the ticket thingy I needed to get to Lugia. And before I battled it I saved and kept turning it off and on until it was shiny. Now the Celebi I got in a trade from a person at the event who got the shiny Celebi. Its 100% legit. I will even show you on wifi if you dont believe me.
