Rules are simple. Pay any amount of BP in multiples of 20. Every 20 BP is equal to 1 ticket.

Ex: Customer pays 1000 BP = 50 tickets.

Here are the the lotteries you can join:
1/10 = Status Breaker
1/20 = Damage Breaker
1/30 = Damage Bringer
1/40 = Damage Equalizer
1/50 = Doom Breaker
1/60 = Doom Bringer
1/70 = Doom Balancer
1/80 = Holy Breaker
1/90 = Holy Bringer
1/100 = Holy Balancer

Effects are told when you get the prize. RNG means random number generator. If your ticket gets the top number shown, you win the prize.
 
You pay BP in multiples of 20, 20 BP is one ticket. One ticket is one chance to use the RNG to see if you get the highest number. If you do, you get the item in the lottery you choose. Then you get an item for a prize, though I can't tell you what they do.

I get it, but not the ones in bold.
