Help Bad card defects?

So I bought a booster of Sun and Moon, and three of the uncommon cards had a pretty bad defect, the top part of the card had a white 2cm thick scratch like mark across the card, I was worried it was going to carry on through the pack but stopped after 3 (not that I got anything good anyway).

First time I've come across something like this, not bothered as they were uncommon, but I wonder if I took it back to the store would they give me a new booster pack

I popped a box for a store to help them get product for their website and one of the uncommons look like a press was placed on it. It was fairly damaged.

If you contact customer service on Pokemon.com, they'll replace it for you. I've done this with a couple of damaged EX cards. They'll want photos of the cards and the UPC on the package.
