I used an HP photo and imaging program on my computer to shrink my avatar. THANK THE LORD

The avatar size is actually 125x125. I increased it last week, since there is a bug in the system and we can't use remote avatars.

That happened to me too.First,remove yourr avatar.Then after 1-3 hours upload the one you want to use.Hope this helps
