STRATEGY:

Start with Chien Pao ex and make sure to have two Frigibox on the battlefield on the first turn. Use Trembling Cold to search for two basic [W] energy cards to thin the deck. Next turn use Irida to search for cards needed to evolve Frigibox into Baxcalibur. Use Trembling Cold to accumulate more basic [W] energy cards and accelerate onto the board with Absolut Zero. Radiant Greninja draws cards and can also be used to handle one-prize decks. Lumineon V provides a reuseable search engine that hts for a solid 120 damage and Kyogre is a decent one-prize attacker that retains energy in hand. Celebration Kyogre acts as a cleaner in this deck able to take two to four prize cards in one turn.

SPOLILER:

Chien Pao ex
Basic Water Pokémon

Frigibax

[W][W][C] Buster Tail: 130

CARD SHARK

Pokémon:

3-3 Baxcalibur line:
Baxcalibur is the main accelerator of this deck and a decent attacker when faced with one-prize decks.

3 Chien Pao ex: The main attacker in this deck. He can knock out most defenders in one hit by discarding five basic [W] energy cards on the battlefield.

1 Lumineon V: He serves as a reusable search engine. Search out supporter cards and return him to the deck with Aqua Return.

1 Kyogre: The second attack can hit any defender on the battlefield and he returns three of the four basic [W] energy cards to the hand.

1 Lapras: Nice additional attacker that can stall some decks with little switch cards for a turn.

1 Radiant Greninja: One of the best Radiant cards in this game. He can be used as a draw engine and can also snipe the opponent's bench for multiple prizes once Manaphy has been dealt with.

1 Manaphy: Used to combat bench attacks and keep the own team save on the bench.

Trainer:

4-2 Prof. Research and Iono:
Classic combo of offensive draw and disruptive shuffle draw.

4 Irida: On usual a stage 2 Pokémon is hard to get into play consistently but Irida can search for both a [W] Pokémon and an item card such as Rare Candy. Later in the match she is used to search out attackers and retrieval cards to fuel Baxcalibur.

2 Boss Orders: Classic control cards that is vital in a deck like this one to ensure Chien Pao ex can attack into two- or three-prize Pokémon.

4-3-3 Battle VIP Pass, Nest Ball, and Ultra Ball: Similar to previous iterations of the archetype this deck is a classic setup-based beatdown deck. Four Battle VIP Pass and three Nest Ball ensure that you have the right Pokémon on the battlefield on the first turn to be able to setup Baxcalibur on the second turn. Ultra Ball compliments the aforementioned Pokémon search cards and is also able to search out Baxcalibur.

4 Rare Candy: Can be searched out with Irida and enables Baxcalibur to evolve directly from Frigibax in one turn.

3-3 Super Energy Retrieval and Super Rod: Since the deck discards basic [W] energy cards with Chien Pao ex and Radiant Greninja retrieval is needed. Super Energy Retrieval returns four basic [W] from the discard Super Rod, on the other hand, returns three in any combination of basic energy cards and Pokémon from the discard to your deck. It combos well with Trembling Cold and also provides Pokémon recovery.

2 Path to the Peak: Shut down abilities on the other side such as Ting Lu ex, Miraidon ex, and Gardevoir ex.

2 Skate Park: Returns energies needed to retreat back into your hand. In the earlier stages of the match you can cycle between two Chien Pao ex to search the deck for four basic [W] energy cards once Baxcalibur is on the battlefield to accelerate them back to the desired target.

Energy

10 Water Energy:
Since Trembling Cold is a built-in Capacious Bucket the lower basic [W] energy count works combined with the total of six retrieval cards to reuse them.
