TPCi has revealed more English card images from Destined Rivals!
As posted before, Destined Rivals will release on May 30th. Prereleases will take place from May 17th to May 25th.
We will post the full set list tomorrow, so stay tuned!

Eh it’s subjective. This is actually how I felt about the Paldean Fates Mew ex when it was revealed.
I quite like this Mewtwo ex.
 
I think this now confirms that Gym Promo Psyduck won't be in the set, which will leave it in an awkward spot where it may not release
(no place in black white set then scvi block is over, would be out of place to have a scvi card in mega block)

We have never gotten a Gym Promos in English this fast so it was very a very likely outcome.

Moonlit Hill also got postponed for a long time. The Gym Promo was released on July 2023 while the English one was released on January 2024 in Paldean Fates.

Yeah, obviously. We must get the Drifblim line, PCL reprint, and Hop's Pinccurchin FIRST before we get the Psyduck. Take the pattern, man. DRI will expect to get Rabsca ex.

Gym Promos take two sets before we get them outside Japan. There was an "Order System" for which group would be released in English next. I won't be surprised if Psyduck was a Blister promo in the MCX set.
 
Fair to say I’m much more excited for black bolt and white flare. Really surprised that the Mewtwo box isn’t as powerful as we all initially thought.
 
Nice to know you both haven't been in the game too long, gym promos have been released very quickly when they want to.

it was still a long shot but such a targeted nerf card had a chance to be bumped in, next chance is as you say checklane blister, but still severely disappointing that we will be in a noir format while japan proceeds with no noir
