Artist Review: Shin-ichi Yoshida

[Tomokazu Komiya]

Now, this is an artist nobody missed when he/she left. Appeared in the first Team Rocket set, vanished around late Neo/Early E-Reader. Was IMO the worst artist until I noticed Tomo. Now, here's some examples of this artist's work:
