Now, this is an artist nobody missed when he/she left. Appeared in the first Team Rocket set, vanished around late Neo/Early E-Reader. Now, here's some examples of this artist's work:

i'd say the Omastar and Persian are worse than that.

ofcourse, kouki is one of the best (did a review of him, you can go look, but it's over a month old, so no replying), and shin-ischi si just bad, I had kids in my class (like 6 years ago) who drew like he does... (well, not as good as him, but just to say how bad he is)

I think this guy was pretty good, actually. Sure, the Venusaur and is butt-ugly, and the Electabuzz is kinda deformed, but some of his others, particularly Cyndaquil and Typhlosion, are easily some of the better pieces in their respective sets. I think of him as a predecessor to Kouki Saito.
