I remember that there was a forum called something articles, that regroups all the texts written by members. Where is it now?

It was part of the archives that were hidden. TCG Articles could go in State Of The Game. Competitive Battling Articles could go in the competitive section of the appropriate generation. This could also be asked in the simple question thread.
