Armageddon expo in Sydney~Australia

We have a situation duelists, in New South Wales(Australia) there's a expo comin up on the 26th of this month called 'Armageddon'. The situation that I'm speaking of is that THEY have desided to change the rule of the yugioh tournement(the ban list is still in place), by banning all yugioh cards that DON'T come in booster packs. That means promo cards from the manga, the JUMP cards and the cards from the games forbidden! This is not on they would have some causes if it was for noobs age between 6 and 12 (Jr rank for those who play both YGO & Pokémon (like LV)) but this ain't the case! What they are doing is illegel so we must inform not just konami, but also the pro-duelist about this. We cannot let those who run the Armageddon Expo get away with this!
