Here is the completed card as you can see i did change it a little bit to make it seem more like a real card.

My last card was a few days ago, so have this.
Neon Charizard / Stage 2/ HP:90 /Lightning+Fire
[Neon Rule: For every 2 Lightning energy attached to your Pokemon, remove a damage counter after being attacked.]
Ability: Solar Power
Once every turn, you can place a damage counter on both Active Pokemon.

Discard a Lightning or Fire energy.

I made this card, my first in a while. It's only kinda strong.
Whimsicott GX / Stage 1/ HP:220 /Fairy
[F][G]Cotton Guard:10
Next turn, after applying Weakness and Resistance, cut the damage this Pokemon takes by half.
[F][F][G][G] Zipping Cotton: 90+
If you used Cotton Guard last turn, this move does 60 more damage.
[F][F][F][G][G][G] Cotton Destruction GX: 160+
For every Retreat cost on your opponent’s Pokemon and yours combined, this move does 20 more damage. If this move’s damage is under 220, do not flip your GX Counter.
Weakness: Fire+10
Resistance: Grass -20

Well, AP, you have a very unique way of wording things...
Mind if I help you?
(I’ll be using Whimsicott GX as an example.)
1st off:
Grass goes before Fighting.

Cotton Guard:
The text never says simply Next turn; it says either “during your opponent’s next turn” or “during your next turn.”
The effect has never been used in text ever for its confusing correct wording, but it should look something like this:
[G][F] Cotton Guard: 10
During your opponent’s next turn, this Pokémon only takes half damage from your opponent’s Active Pokémon’s attack (rounded down) (after applying Weakness and Resistance.)
See, that’s just confusing.
I’m not saying don’t do that—I’m all for these wonky attacks—but the reason they’ve never used that effect is because of that confusing “correct” text.

Zipping Cotton:
Never MOVE, always ATTACK.
You don’t use the attack, your Pokémon does.
[G][G][F][F] Zipping Cotton: 90+
If this Pokémon used Cotton Guard during your last turn, this attack does 60 more damage.

Cotton Destruction GX:
You have some of the wording backwards.
It’s always “for each [C] in the retreat cost” not “for each retreat cost.”
[G][G][G][F][F][F] Cotton Distruction GX: 160+
This attack does 20 more damage for each [C] in each Pokémon’s Retreat Cost (both yours and your opponent’s). If this attack does less than 220 damage, do not flip over your GX counter after using this attack.

I’m not trying to be mean, but your wording is a little loopy.

It's been some time....
First card for a Fakemon! Stormud, my concept of what Marshadow should have been!

New type of Card! STMPK cards are essentially robotic Pokemon powered by steam. No resistances or weaknesses, and the chance to randomly become knocked out(engine failure). One complex attack, the Metal type, and 200 HP makes them pretty good. STMPK-Mew is the first of these new card types!

Wow. It's been a LONG while since I made a card, so here. I researched mushroom types to come up with a clever name for it's GX attack, but I decided to go with something simple.
Parasect GX/Stage 1/ HP:240 /Grass
Ability: Army of Mushrooms
For every one of your cards in your hand with the name Foongus, Amoongus, Paras, Parasect, Shiinotic, or Morelull, your Attacks do 10 more damage. If you have no cards with those names, you may search your deck for one.
[G][G]Painful Powder: 60
Flip two coins. If one is heads and the other is tails, the opposing Pokemon is now Paralyzed.
[G][G][C][C]Shroom Raid GX: 90+
For every Pokemon affected by Army Of Mushrooms in your Discard pile, this Attack does 10 more damage.

[R][W][L][P][D][G][Y]Extreme Evoboost GX
Look through your deck and Discard Pile to find a card that evolves from this one of your choice. Use it to evolve Eevee. Heal all damage from this Pokémon, and for every 2 [C] energy attached to this Pokémon, search through your deck to find one Energy that is the same as the type of it’s evolution you picked. (You can’t use more than 1 GX Attack per game.)
