Ruling Another lame gengar Q

hey so during states people power sprayed my gengar's fainting spell and i thought that they couldn't, I realized that Power Spray reads during your opponents turn... so can they power spray fainting spell?

Power Spray can only spray Powers that happen during the Opponent's turn. Fainting Spell is not be sprayable.

Can I use Power Spray on Gengar's (Stormfront) Fainting Spell?

No, you can't, because you can only use Power Spray during your opponent's turn, and Fainting Spell is triggered during your turn
