Yes, I am aware it is kind of pointless to theorymon not only two sets into the future, but an entire format in the future. But, after seeing the Cradily card from Megalo Cannon, I had to think of something. The Cradily has quite possibly the most interesting attack I've ever seen in a pokemon card, but we'll get to that when we get to that.
Basic strategy for this is get a GenesectEX with the G-Scope to the active spot and start blasting things for 200, but Cradily offers a unique way to create a consistency boost, at least, that's what I'm hoping it will do. I'm assuming a Next Destinies on format, as that's what I think is most likely. Could be Dark Explorers on, could be some other set, but that's where I think the format rotation will land. Onto the list!
Pokemon:
Verizion EX x3
Your ideal starter and primary energy accelerator. Plus, its ability makes Hypnotoxic Laser essentially useless.
Genesect EX x2
I know, 2 is kinda low for a main attacker, but there is a way to recycle it if necessary, and this list is fairly tight.
2-2 Cradily (MEC{Megalo-cannon])
Lileep has a good ability that allows you to put it on the bottom of your deck if it's ever in the discard pile, and that's nice, since it needs to be revived from the bottom of the deck with root fossil in order to be put into play. And a decent 80 HP should keep it from being taken out in one turn, allowing you to evolve it safely into a monster that has this attack.
[G] Life Explosion: For each Energy attached to this Pokemon, search your deck for a Stage 2 Pokemon and put it onto your Bench. Shuffle your deck afterwards.
Yeah, I thought I misred it at first too. But no, you can load up energy on this and get your bench full of stage twos, no need for the basic or rare candies. I chose to use consistency cards, but this very well could be used to get out stage two attackers if you want to make a deck around that. It does have a retreat cost of two, so you may need a switch to get it out of the active.
0-0-2 Magnezone (PLS: ability)
This card allows you to use two supporters a turn when it's in play.
0-0-2 Metagross (PFR)
This card allows you to take any plasma card out of your deck once per turn.
Neither of those abilities stack, but getting out one of each will allow you to do things like pull out a shadow triad and grab another supporter if you need one, pull up a shadow triad to get a G-booster or a genesect, or a bunch of other plays, mostly involving Shadow triad.
0-0-1 Porygon-Z (MEC)
This card allows you to move around any plasma energy you have on your board. There is only one of them in here because you'll probably only get two energy on cradily, but if you ever get a third, this is a decent choice.

Supporters:
Shadow Triad x 4 This card allows you to take any plasma card out of your discard pile. On it's own, not really worth a supporter usage, but when you can use 2 per turn? Then it's pretty great.
Juniper x 3
Colress x 3 Lots of bench sitters means big potential draw with Colress.
Ghestis x 2
Catlin x 2
This is an interesting new supporter I wanted to give a test. It's a form of hand refresh that makes it so you don't draw the same cards you returned, plus, you can put Lileep on the bottom of your deck if you need too. Probably will be cut for N or Sklya, but I thought it's worth a test.

Items:
G-Booster
This card allows Genesect to have probably the strongest attack in the game.
Colress Machine x 3. Secondary energy acceleration
Root Fossil x 3. Same as the other fossil cards, but for Lileep
Ultra Ball x 3. Best search card for this deck.
Switch x 3. Nothing's retreat cost is too high, and you can't be statused, but you're going to want a few switch, if nothing else because your bench sitters will be catchered out.
Plasma Badge x 2. This allows VerizionEX and Cradily to be Colress Machined too, allowing for a potential first turn Emerald Slash, or powering up a Life Explosion.
Pokemon catcher x 2. If you need more, just attach a plasma energy to a Genesect.
