Let's hope this deck is good! Its in a early stage now but will definently be playable for me in the near future

How you plan plan to use Raichu consistent as an attacker? (you can't stack [L} energy onto it as it discards ALL {L} energy attached to it to use thundebolt) reduce the Ampharos line down to 2-2-2 Ampharos HGSS. Use it early game to load up your pokemon with {L} energy and then bring out Laturn prime and attack.

okay thanks, should i keep the prime ampharos though? I like raichu for his insane power for little energy

Unless your deck can make good use of Ampharos prime's body (or if its even useful) then you shouldn't use it. I wouldn't even use Ampharos in the deck. period. i'd just focus purely on the Laturn prime with a few added techs (Sableye SF, Manectric PL .etc.)
