Cool I guess. Tbh I’m very burnt out of Eevee and its evolutions. Much worse than Charizard these past few years. At least a pocket release means no scalping for any Eevee fans. I can’t deny that the artwork is pretty nice, but that’s been the norm for a while now
same, as someone who has leafeon and glaceon in his top 50 favorite pokemon i can't help but agree, they're basically in every 2-4 sets and their special-ness wore off about 10 years ago. while I'm EXTREMELY, FANTASTICALLY, MASSIVELY, COLOSSOLALLY, IMMENSELY excited about primarina f i n a l l y getting an EX in this damn game, there's just nothing to latch onto here. this is such a nothing set

I was thinking this set would be like that Chinese set where it’s just a bunch of different Eevee prints from over the years, but this is nice!

They've already long passed the point where that would be feasible to do in a single physical set, or really any set.

The exclusives in Pocket heavily lean into chase cards with only a few regular cards, meaning it would be difficult to construct a physical Pocket set like a normal TCG set. Maybe in another year they could have enough new "regular" cards and completed lines of them to make a coherent set.

There's already hundreds of art rare/special art/shiny arts with no signs of slowing down, and the game isn't even a year old. So they would have to curate which chase cards they'd include in a physical release too.

Since the BW set has 156+ art rares, it would not be out of the ordinary to have a future Pocket set that has a ton of them as well. They might need to be re-balanced for theTCG though.

CHATOT YEAAAAH BABY THATS WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT THATS WHAT IM HERE FOR
