If you had aridos from misterous treasures and there was moon light stadium out would there still be free retreat or if you had flygon would there still be free retreat if flygon had the right energy card attached to it.

Yes because if an effect reduces retreat to zero it can't be increased. If subtraction reduces retreat to zero then it can be increased.~Mark
