Are we allowed to link to other websites in our signatures? If not, I was wondering if Snowl's Space could affiliate with Pokebeach (it's a Pokemon RPG).

Yes. That is the only allowed way of advertising. I think affiliation is good idea, but I don't think WPM will agree.

PB is famous enough as it is, I don't think we need an RPG to affiliate with, especially one I never heard of.
