Toy R Us state that they're going to trade out Mew for Pokemon Gamepack. But they mean for US only, or all over the world?

If I stay at Malaysia, will Toy R Us here also take part at "trade away mew" activity?

It's most likely just USA only. Japan might get it if they already havent, but Nintendo arent that generous to give Mew out to the whole world.
