(3) Burger King Promotion, Deck List Program Updated, Explorers of Sky Release [6/3]

I wish they would actually put out promos people care about.. I miss BK's toys from the first movie, they were hands down the best.
 
I do wish tehy'd give out ebtter cards, but oh well it's still good to have acrds at all and teh accessories might be ok. And I'm glad Explorers of the Sky will be out in Fall.

Explorers of the sky's box art is pretty cool! I'll probably get this one!
 
There are good reasons they don't give out useful cards.

A: If they gave out lv.X's/Secret Rares/Really good rares, people would just buy those instead of buying packs.
B: If they gave out techs/drawpower, the little noobs kids wouldn't get as exited, since they think that ash's pokemon, and legendary pokemon are always the best.
 
Well, I enjoy Burger King, but the kids meals have too little food for me to get now (I used to get them up until age... 15?). So it looks like I won't be getting any of those cards... (Not to mention the fact we can't afford Burger King. xD )
 
Silly Xous, you don't know how to cheat the system. Just buy the toys, duh. They sell for about a $1 here. ;p

Yeah, I've already gotten nine out of the twelve cards. All I need is the Palkia, Giratina, and the Pikachu. ._. Yeah, the rockers don't really hold the cards well, but they look cool because Shaymin/Giratina change forms.

That's nice that the deck program is updated. I never do that though, because I'll probably change my deck five more times. x_x

And EoS looks great. Fall is too long to wait. I thought it would come out late July/August at least. >__>

July/August? You do know the previous games took like 10 months..? õ-Õ
EoS release date is awesome. Way earlier than I thought too (I guessed the US would get it around the end of 2009).

... "Explorers of Sky" sounds kinda stupid, though. x3
 
10 months to get from Japan to here? I didn't know it was that long..I thought it was only a couple months.

You're probably right, but Japan also wants to have it exclusively for a while.
 
Or maybe the U.S. has it done (which I'm pretty sure they do), and they don't want to release it earlier to get as much sales of Platinum as possible? I think this is the most likely case.

I think I am the only one who dosent like the cover art! I liked the first four: rather than a happy feild with Shaymin, there a re evil pokemon that look like they're about to kill our merry little adventurers.
 
Aw man I sure missed a lot of news. I am back now. Anyway. That is too bad the TFG was discontinued. I was hoping it would get better but I guess they could not afford to keep it going and the game was so confusing and was hard to understand but I did like the figurines but they were expensive too. It was a good try but oh well.:)
 
Meh, the Burger King toys don't look as good as last year's, but it's nice that you now get two cards per toy.

I may get Explorers of the Sky, given that I recently traded-in my copy of Explorers of Time.
 
I love the Mystery Dungeon series, they're the best for me.

The toys were better last year. Though, the cards are better this year.
 
yes! i was hoping they'd do another promotion. as much as i hate fast food/hate working with food, i'm almost tempted to work at bk so i can get in on the pokemon promotions.

and yay for explorers of the sky! don't know if i'll be able to get it when it comes out but it sure does look awesome. i haven't completly finished my darkness version yet...still on the darkrai event
