When a pokemon is confused can your opponent choose not to attack during his turn therefore not fliping for confusion?
Another question...If i have Aerodactyl MD on the bench and my opponents active pokemon has 10 hp left and uses a poke power is his turn over?

They can choose to not attack at any time during their turn...

No, you take a prize if the Pokemon with 10 HP left uses a Poke-Power and your opponent sends out a new active then can finish their turn how they like.
