Ruling 2 Question

1. What happens if i use Surpise! Time Machine (TRR) to my pokemon and there are no another evolve pokemon left in my deck? Do i still have to put back my first evolved pokemon into the pokemon?

2. If i use Zzzap ( Raichu δ ) to attack Snorlax δ (DF), it does 20 damage or 40 damage? since Snorlax have both, and Zzzap attack say "Does 20 damage to each pokemon that has any Powers or Body"

1. I think, that you have to put back the first evolved pokemon, and discard TRR
2. It does 20 damage only cuz it says Powers OR Body not both

1) yes, you shuffle it back into your deck, so you can get it out of there
2) only 20, this is basic math, "or" can be 1, 2, or 1&2, I have absolutely no other way of saying that, but i can give you what it would say otherwise: "does 20 damage to each pokemon for each poke-power and pokebody that pokemon has", or something like that

1. you must for find for another evolution or the same one if the pokemon is still in play after your devolve it....
2. it will only deal 20 damage because raichu's zzzap does 20 damage to each pokemon that has poke-power or
poke-body.....
