Ruling 2 q's..inferncatty? poison damage counter?

im kind a noob in pokemon card battling so i have a question about 2 things:

1.whats inferncatty?..alot of people have been using this term

2. if a pokemon is poisoned, when do i put the poison damge counter on the poisoned pokemon? at the biggining of the turn or at the end?

Infercatty is an amagamation of Infernape and Delactty. It's a strategy. Can't say much else about it...

In the middle part known as the "between turns" step. Which is just what it means. Everything that doesn't take place in either turn is slapped in here. Order is to your prefernce, though only to your Pokémon. Other things have this effect too.
