Thanks so much, Heerosferret! It was a great read! :D

I can't wait to see the ensuing battle between the Dragons, and how Arceus will fit in (yes, most likely a peacemaker).

^ The scene from Princess Mononoke where the Forest Spirit walks up to Moro and the pig god comes to mind. Pokemon sort of copied Studio Ghibili with the 4th movie and the Jirachi movie (with Groudon sucking up everything), so I can imagine Arceus as being like the Forest Spirit and calming them all down.

The next movie's preview showed a closeup of Palkia's eye, then Dialga's, the Giratina's. It then showed all of them, hovering in a stormy sky, Dialga, Giratina in the middle, and Palkia. And an ominous voice indicated they are gonna be kicking the crap outta eachother. The only title we got was Diamond and Pearl: Platnium.

It was kinda epic! I'm excited by this triology.

If anyone wants to know anything specific about the movie, feel free to post questions here.

:D That's exactly what I was thinking. The Forest Spirit is definitely the outline when I think of how Arceus will act in Movie #12. (It is too bad they copied Ghibili, though. xD But Princess Mononoke is such a great film!)

the directors of the pokemon movies and the ghibli movies are good friends, and ghibli is fine with pokemon being inspired by it. likewise, the ghibli director once said, "i admire you (pokemon movie director). i wouldn't be able to make the same movie every year!"

many laughs ensued.

xD Oh yeah! I remember a story posted here not too long ago with them... Was it a radio broadcast or something? ^_^;

Well, I guess they can't help but be inspired by them, and it's nice that they're such good friends. I just hope the Original One gets the role it deserves, but I know they won't disappoint. :)

Giratina, that video was so fake! :p That Cresselia was just a picture floating by.
Cresselia might be in the next movie.

I see why they'd put Cresselia in the next one, but they'd be just as right putting Heatran in there. They'd put them in there because they haven't had a part in a movie yet, and they'd act in the same way Regigigas did in this one, I'd guess. (On-the-side support Pokémon.) But I could be wrong, and they could give them full-time roles. But that may get the plot too sidetracked.

But I hope they stick to Arceus, (maybe) the Lake Trio (to bind the fighting dragons), and the Dragon Trio being the only legendaries involved. ^_^; A reawakening of the Creator, awoken by the flute to quiet the fighting between its creations. :D

I saw the movie today and it wasn't nearly as good as the previous one. The music is still top notch however.

Wow, way to just plop it right on the front page. >_>

Why wouldn't you just post in in a thread on it's own and then link to it?

^ It doesn't matter if it's on the front page. You have the choice to read it or not to.
