1. does ナッシー[Exeggutor] is ナッシー part of ナッシー[Exeggutor]'s name or does his name count as just Exeggutor
2. Also, would using a Japanese version of the card (which again has both Japanese and English on it0) in America

In regard to the first question, I need to do a little more research. I will consult some other Professors and get back to you with an answer as quickly as possible!

In regard to the second, only the English release of the card (from the Evolutions expansion) may be used in sanctioned play in the United States. Only cards that have been officially released in English can be used at sanctioned events in the United States. While the original print of the card does have English text, it uses the Japanese card back, meaning it is not identical to the print in the English Evolutions set.
