“Ninja Spinner” Set Trademarked for the Pokemon TCG!

All I'm saying is I don't think it's ridiculous to think that every Mega set is loosely related to ZA (given that SV abruptly ends mid year around same time ZA reintroduces Megas). There also isn't a release date on the set yet and by the time it does, one of the worst kept secrets in pokemon the unconfirmed new megas, which includes M Greninja, will actually exist. And its not that much of a stretch that one of the Kalos mascots with a new Mega evolution will be centerpiece of a tcg set. To suggest they are "absolutely not" related to PLZA seems like an overreach but hey crazier things have happened

Well I dont look at leaks so Ive no idea about ZA stuff in regards to that so cant help you there. But yeah as mentioned by someone else before Star Birth and Battle Region are prime examples of what Im talking about. You cannot find Hisui in the former and suddenly one set after it is all over the place: new pokemon, new characters, new locations. Im just wondering which set will have that final: "go nuts have all references youd like in the cards of our latest game" from GF to Creatures or who ever the parties are. And yes Star Birth exists because of PLA that new "mini" or unofficial era of VSTARs exist because of PLA no one is denying that but that is not the point. I reiterate what is important to me and doesnt have to be for anyone else is when I will see the new pokemon, characters, locations, thats about it. SB didnt have it, mega brave/symphonia and inferno x probably wont have it. Ninja spinner still could and still could not be the one

I think it's very likely to be related, as this set is released after the game. The set leaks could start as soon as September and should still accompany PLZA nicely.

I know megas have been leaked but haven't looked at it. I guess if Greninja is in there this set is bound to feature a mega Greninja.

This should be combined with the charizard set for the full english set no? I'm not the largest fan of this year being the nostalgia year so I hope they bring some interesting mechanics to sort of make up for it.

Realistically, the first mega set will feature Mega Lucario, Gardevoir and the Zards, the second will feature Greninja, one of the other leaked megas that starts with a D, and another that starts with a C, and I could see the third English mega set feature the gen 5 leaked megas and the rest of the leaked megas as filler (they will 135% be used as filler in the other new mega set but we may get 4 or 5 mega sets so I'm just playing it safe in case we don't)

*First* english mega set is just the Gardevoir and Lucario.

Charizard is the *second* one and will also include the Diancie and Gengar battle decks (from jp)

The main question rn is when this Greninja set comes out in JP to know if it’s gonna be a separate (*third*) set or also mix with Zard and the battle decks.
