These look awesome; the gold cards are starting to grow me. They give off an Aztec / Mayan vibe which is really cool.

They really had something in VSTAR Universe when they made gold illustrated rares. I was thinking those would be the gold card style moving forward and then they never did others. Those or the XY gold rares need to make a come back.

If we can't have that, these are a nice addition. New art, probably some great texturing. It'll be interesting to see in person if I ever get my hands on one.

Once again, having a main theme in this sets(the big city) makes me happy.
It takes me back to the Plasma Freeze days, where every illustration had ice or snow in it.
