It is a bit rare but not unheard of. Recent team rocket set didnt have either. The only constant trainer cards I think are items and supporters, at least in recent years

It’s only as OP as the grass Pokemon they end up printing.

Expanded is just Regidrago mirrors so it could actually be healthy there.

Though, now that I think about it Regidrago-Vileplume would be a possible result so you might have a point.

I like how these expansions make Grass, Fighting and Water type decks relevant again. In addition, it adds some interesting cards to current meta decks and brings the possibility of new meta decks. All in all, a wonderful expansion

So in M1L Night Strecher is as Fullart in the set, but not as normal card?

Also it's not I regulation, so they aren't planning to keep it long term
