I've been using this deck as well, and I find that adding a Xerosic is very crucial in some positions. Not only for discarding opponent's special energy, but your own plasma energy attached to Genesect, as then you can Trump Card it and re use it over again.

Would Primal Kyogre be a good partner with M Manetric? You can put the energy on Primal Kyogre then attack for 150 with him. The only thing is that it's a bit clunky.

I think that you might want to add a few more steel energy as most of the time you will have at least one energy on Cobalion, and 3 on Dialga if you don't get the DCE, which means that you will only have 5 energy to go from, and some might be in your prizes or deep in your deck. I would suggest...

Why do you have both Safeguard Sigilyph and Garbodor? It's a bit confusing considering that Garbotoxin shuts off Safeguard.

Maybe add Garbodor, since you don't have any abilities besides Keldeo, which you can take out for more switch cards.
