I prefer switch as you run no DCE for Eelektrik to retreat and you don't want to get stuck with a Terrakion active in most cases

i have the same question as you do as well. but what i am thinking is that when Zekeel face up Zoroark, Tornadus ex's 100 damage attack can come in handy :D

i don't understand Virizion. He does nothing at all. Regigigas is a better choice and it helps you out with the Zekeel matchup as well

I believe a thinner magnezone line would be better because you seldom attack with it in a game. 2 retrievals are just too many. 1 at most

maybe focus on audino or magmortar but not both? you really need 4 collectors. you may also consider pichu as it is really handy in emboar decks as you need to get as many ninetails as you can to get enough energies

mime jr. is useful when you miss an energy drop and you still want to discard (lost zone) your opponent's deck + having a chance to stall a turn if your opponent doesn't get a catcher

if he can draw into an energy search, he can draw into the energy if he replaces the lone energy search with one anyway, i think you should run 4 dual balls and 2 collectors instead of 2 balls, 4 collectors
