I would really like to see the interview in which Masuda stated that N's true name would be revealed in the third version to BW. I thought that just recently there was a whole commotion about whether or not there would even be a third version. It's hinted that Ghetsis is a very uncaring...

I really do think that this new term is only going to apply to Event-Only Pokemon (aka, the Pokemon that do not count towards your filled National PokeDex...) I doubt it would apply to all legendaries since it's already been confirmed that Reshiram and Zekrom are still classified as Legendary.
