We've had a different sub-game in each generation, what will we have in Pokemon X/Y? I'm rooting for the Pokelympics (Pokemon Olympics). It'd be similar to the Pokethlon, with various mini-games for your pokemon to compete in like Running, Swimming, Long Jump, High Jump, etc.

So what do you think will be the new Team Rocket in these games? I'm guessing the enemy team will be focused on either: [a] fusing the DNA of pokemon with other pokemon to create an unstoppable mega-pokemon or [b] fusing the DNA of pokemon with humans to create super-humans.
