RE: The TEMPORARY Rising Sun Clan. Adamant or Jolly, depending on what you want, more speed, or more attack. And the best place is to fish in Twinleaf Town with the super rod, only Gyarados and Seaking show up, and they get two attack EVs a time, combined with Pokerus and the Power Item makes...

RE: The TEMPORARY Rising Sun Clan. The war is a DRAW. I personally like the ones I bred. Naive 31/12/21/30/31/31 HP[grass] 66 And Hasty 24/27/21/30/31/31 HP Grass 66 Though the second one give up 7 HP for 15 attack.
