Torterra is awesome, I think its better than Leafeon Lv.X, I never really liked the idea of running Leafeon Lv. X as it is hard to even run 2 of those. But I think once Torterra is out, playing Leafeon/Sceptile/Torterra might work.

I only play T2 and T3 decks now. I haven't found any decks that can be effective while being useless in turns 2 and 3. With the speed of the current metagame, taking too long to set-up will guarantee defeat against competitive players so I'm not surprised people play less basics nowadays...

I don't think that matters much, Yu-Gi-Oh players would be familiar with this concept, I think its similar to 'remove the card from play' in Yu-Gi-Oh only its called a more classy 'Lost Zone'. Perhaps there may be more cards in the future which can affect the 'Lost Zone', but so far it seems to...
