Basically it's a bad ADP. Giratina and dragon talon are there to get some damage counters on to get the 160+80 damage attack out. Playtested it a few times and it's underwhelming. Not expecting it to be high tier at all but wondering how and if it can be improved. Thought about adding the CEC...
