Standard Typhlosion / Talonflame Best budget deck?

Hey there! Love you list, I would tweak it a bit tho: add a quilava or 2, it definitely helps with consistency and maybe add 2 more energy, I would cut 1 skyla and 1 band, you're hitting huge numbers already

Expanded Dreaming Rage Bugs (Accelgor/Tauros GX/Musharna)

Hey AFEX! I like the concept of your deck, I agree that 4 Tauros GX and 3-3 Musharna line is excessive. Shaymin is kind of necessary here, just to be able to grab anything you need. I would say add 2 Shaymin, and go down to 1-2 Tauros GX.

Standard Post Rotation Tapu Bulu GX/Vikavolt

I also want to add, the Vikavolt GX from GRI IS an excellent tech card. You can do 180 for 4 energy, while only discarding 2. However, I use it for the GX attack: 60 to all of your opponents benched Pokemon. For example, if they are playing metagross and you're able to get a turn 2 Vikavolt and...

Standard Volcanion/Turtonator in a Post Rotation Format!

Hello everyone! Golurk here, it's been a long time since I've posted a list on here! After playing Volcanion since the birth of the card, I really learned the different play styles it adapted. For the new rotation, I wanted to upload a list that has been the most consistent for me. And before...

Discussion Is Passimian / Mew Viable?

I always really enjoyed playing Passimian, it was a great deck even before SuMo was officially released. Obviously, the meta has shifted to a much slower paced game, now that Garbodor runs rampant. One tactic I have seen players use is plenty of draw supporters and Oranguru, to avoid going...

    Standard Volcanion/Turtonator

I had this idea with Volcanion, of course the regular and the EX, with Turtonator GX with an interesting concept. Take a look and leave comments for support! Pokemon: 11 2 Turtonator GX 3 Volcanion 4 Volcanion EX 2 Tapu Lele GX Trainers: 32 3 Professor Sycamore 2 N 1 Professor Kukui 2 Lysandre...

Alt. Format Future Sun and Moon Deck: Primarina GX!

Hey guys, I thought today I would post a deck that caught my attention because of how destructive it could be. Meet Primarina GX. If you wonder what this Pokemon can do, think of it like a Water Variant of Darkrai EX, but a bulkier, more supported Pokemon. Unfortunately, we don't know all of the...

    Expanded Wobbufett/Crobat BREAK

Hello everyone, it's time for my first Expanded list post. This time, I'm focusing on Crobat BREAK, a fun new Promo card releasing in the next few weeks. If you do not know what the card does, here's a breakdown: Crobat BREAK, for 3 Colorless Energy, does 60 damage AND can leave your opponents...

    Gengar/Talonflame Deck Build Help

Awesome list, I've always loved Gengar as a deck in itself, and without the bats, I believe it is still viable. However, the purpose of Talonflame decks is to lessen the amount of basic pokemon you play to boost the chances of starting with Talonflame. I would play either no Talonflame or no...

Standard Yanmega Break/ Vespiquen. Rush/ Powerful Late Game

As a Yanmega/Raichu player, I definitely know the best and worst situations for Yanmega decks. Vespiquen does make a great partner for the deck as well. I still would play Octillery, the card makes Yanmega BREAK a consistent attacker. When I tried Vespiquen as a partner, I felt the deck lost...

Standard Team Aqua's Seviper / Ariados

This deck looks awesome :) a very nice rogue for sure, and inclusion I would personally would be Zebstrika, seeing the problem you have with Yanmega. Zebstrika OHKOs Yanmega due to weakness, and can 2 hit Garbodor.
  12. GolurkChamp2597

    Standard Primal Groudon/Garbodor

I would highly recommend removing the Garbodor line and add 3 Wobbufett and 2 Carbink. It helps defend against a lot of the meta. As for the Fright Night Yveltal counters, I would add a Mr. Mime to protect your bench.

Standard Mega Gyarados EX: The Heavy Swinger! (2017 Standard)

Hey guys, I'm back again with a slightly relevant Mega EX card, similar to Beedrill. This tike, I'm taking a look at Mega Gyarados EX and how to really run this bulky Water-Box deck. With so much water support right now, I think a list involving the strongest Water type Mega Evolution could be...
  14. GolurkChamp2597

    Hydreingon BREAK

I would say 3 Phantom Forces, 1 Dark Explorers. Although the ability to move energy is nice, having energy acceleration is even more important.

Expanded Volcanion - a viable play for Expanded???

I would actually consider adding a Xerosic to your list. Unfortunately, Volcanion falls victim to Garbodor. However, Megaphone also might be a better play, depending on your matchup. Trevanant is also a big player in Expanded this season, so just be wary.
  16. GolurkChamp2597

    Hydreingon BREAK

You can set up behind Talonflame with the deck, given that Talonflame is your start. You can play the deck similar to how Greninja/Talonflame. However, using Yveltal to accelerate is also a good idea. In expanded, Dark Explorers Hydreigon and Phantom Forces Hydreigon are both amazing :)
  17. GolurkChamp2597

    Hydreingon BREAK

I really do like Hydreigon BREAK, but it actually can function much better in expanded. However, seeing as you want to build a standard list with the card, here's my skeleton list: Pokemon: 17 4 Talonflame STS 4 Deino STS 2 Zweilous STS 4 Hydreigon STS 3 Hydreigon BREAK Trainer Cards: 31 4...

Standard (2017) Mega Beedrill EX Speed List

Excellent point :) I'll have to invest into some silent labs

Samurott Budget Deck List (2017 Standard)

The list seems pretty tight, but very strong overall :)

Samurott Budget Deck List (2017 Standard)

I actually haven't tested this deck, just kind of threw it out there:) I built it similar to my Garchomp list, but it definitely performs in a different way
