Nothing says "cash grab" like 17-year-old illustrations over some generic backgrounds

'Matchless Fighter' Revealed as March's Japanese Set!

Energy costs look pretty rough so I'm withholding my judgement until we see more of this set. But i guess the good news is that Single Strike/Rapid Strike is looking to be more than a one-set gimmick

'Pokemon V' Mechanic Announced: Zacian V, Zamazenta V from 'Sword & Shield!'

Player who goes first now can't use a Supporter on their first turn, so no Marnie to disrupt their hand. Marnie is not N on steroids because N is just a card too powerful and versatile and will overshadow any supporter that deals with having to shuffle both players hands into their deck,

'Pokemon V' Mechanic Announced: Zacian V, Zamazenta V from 'Sword & Shield!'

I think the "Prof Magnolia" is just some flavour text to denote just what generation Professor the "Professor's Reserach" card is portraying. I think they want to avoid the Sycamore/Juniper fracas at the B&W/XY transition, so hopefully, future "Discard hand, Draw 7" supporters will just be named...

    SM11 Miracle Twins!

Aegislash does seem to have a lot of potiential. Dusk Stone is major boon to get it on the field asap, the energy costs are minimal and 130 dmg for 1 energy is very promising. Not to mention its ability helping solve the headache of any decks using Stage 2 attackers, namely having to dig for...

    SM11 Miracle Twins!

Hmm looking at elektross, i kinda like how they bypass one of the weaknesses of Evolution decks. The main problem, i feel with Evolution Pokemon is the need to dedicate deck space to either get the Evolution Pokemon or their energy costs onto the field and well, his ability really just asks u to...

    SM11 Miracle Twins!

well well, so now we have a card that will load up for Psyduck and Slowpoke's attack. i hope we can have more support for that attack. cause 160 for 2 is decent, but it needs so much set up

    'Sky Legends' Officially Revealed!

That Lickilicky looks to be very disruptive. A mill/discard/Energy removal attack in one.? With TCE, that's a a massive deal for one energy attachment. not to mention the new supporter can search it and Lickitung out and it has muscle pad to boost its fat health. interested to see where it goes

    'Sky Legends' Officially Revealed!

If only this idea, of putting a GX attack on a tool card isn't coming out at the end of the very generation it is based on. Oh well, another Gimmick that might offer some interesting takes in the game for a couple of sets, but will ultimately fall by the wayside. See: Ace Spec, Ancient Traits...

    SM10a \'GG End\' Mini-Set in April

Reset Stamp is going to be such a massive tilter. N on Steriods, especially since it is not even a supporter. Coach Trainer is a pretty ass card for Tag Team

    SM10a \'GG End\' Mini-Set in April

Wow, an attack-cost decrease that specifies a specific energy. This is a pretty interesting card then.

'Unbroken Bonds,' May's English SM10 Set!

I think Crabominable's Fight Alone should be 50x and not 60x. That weakens the attack

'Unbroken Bonds,' May's English SM10 Set!

Kinda weak actually. Yea the ability is gonna be incredibly trollish, but that attack's damage multiplier is not good. At least there's some ultility with that GX attack, assuming you don't eat a Let-Loose or Judge

'Unbroken Bonds,' May's English SM10 Set!

Giovanni's Exile is a good way to discard ability-based bench sitters like Lele, Marshadow so they don't become Guzma bait. Pretty useful for a non-Gx deck if they want to use Lele. Mewtwo might see some use as a nerfed VS seeker/Lusamine for your techs

'Unbroken Bonds,' May's English SM10 Set!

This might be the clearest sign that DCE might not get reprinted and that it is slowly being phased out. If it wont come in the May set, then the August set is the last chance. For this card, it really fixes Evolution-based decks' biggest problems in that there are too many Evolved Pokemon...

    Full Metal Wall in February

Yea well, lets not forget since Blastoise is a stage 2, you need to input the Stage 2 engine as well. then you need an extra draw engine to get back the water energy you shuffled back into the deck, while still having to discard the energy for Naga. This is going to be bricky w/o future support...
