Standard Dark Head (Darkrai EX / Malamar EX)

Further play has resulted in the following: - Judge -AZ +Delinquent +Skyla Running only two stadiums has proven detrimental. Lots of people are gravitating towards water decks with Breakpoint (at least in my local testing) and not being able to get rid of Rough Seas has been a hindrance...

Standard Dark Head (Darkrai EX / Malamar EX)

A valid point, but that means 2 trainers to hit that 180 dmg mark instead of one. I may test Reverse Valley out, but for the sake of consistency (and being able to take out appossing Toads etc as early as possible) I think I'm going to stick with the Muscle Bands. Current changes: -Pokemon Fan...

Standard Bed of Diamonds (Darkrai EX / Malamar EX / Fairies)

Don't forget the Mega Elixir's on top of the Energy Switch's, the fact that 'normal' Darkrai/Malamar has space for more draw supporters and runs Trainers Mail. That makes for a lot of consistency. I'd say I'm more likely to be set up turn two than the fairy list. If I was going to run fairies...

Standard Bed of Diamonds (Darkrai EX / Malamar EX / Fairies)

Darkrai/Malamar is more viable without the fairies: what you have here is a deck with a lot of nice techs that would be great if they all worked the majority of the time, but in reality just add a lot of inconsistency. Simple is almost always better: 4 Darkrai, 3 Malamar and 4 Energy Switch...

Standard Future: M Mewtwo Y / Bronzong / Golduck BREAK

While I really like the idea, I'd only run it for fun as I think a more streamlined variant would be more consistent and viable in a competitive scenario: having two evolution lines for set up seems a little clunky, especially since you have a stage two line that can't be accelerated. Bench...

    M Rayquaza-EX Variants

Okay, so I'm only running one Aegislash in favour of adding a Hoopa, which improves consistency no end: being able to grab all your pieces turn one off a single ultra ball is far to advantageous to pass up. I run a single Cobalion EX too (I think most people that are running this deck are too)...

    M Sceptile-EX Variants

I've found the above to be a decent base: Malamar puts in a lot of work if it goes unchecked. It's rare that I agree 100% with Donald's trainer choices (my burning hatred of Skates is without bounds, I swear I've never seen a heads off those damn things), but his videos make for good skeletons...
