    Discussion Hammers in Vespiquen?

good idea, but Vespiquen is already really cramped, both in standard and expanded. For standard, depends on the build, mine is currently the eeveelutions route and that is a really cramped deck. For expanded, well, the consensus seems to be run it with Flareon, and I've seen some lists of that...

    Discussion Octillery VS Slurpuff

Hi, just adding my two cents on the matter cuz' I finally returned to playing after a month-long hiatus; and I finally got my hands on two octillery cards. Firstly, Archie's/Maxie's for whatever is absolutely the player's call in deck choice and build. Currently, I'm running the...

    Vespiquen Variants

yes Lugia is a very good tech because of the damage output it can deal, it's still reliant on DCE and Aegislash EX and Giratina EX shut that down pretty well. Combat Blaze Entei is good against one of them. ALso, using Flareon's Ability to Blacksmith onto Vespiquen isnt such a bad idea. a bit...

Need Help Making a Standard Night March Deck

you could try playing around with latios EX, it gives you that first turn donk

Standard WonderFreeze (M Glalie EX / Florges BREAK / M Gardevoir EX)

Pokemon and Energy aside, your trainer line seems very lackluster. You should run the standard 4 Sycamore, 4 Birch/Shauna and 1 Lysandre. You should also use Ultraball instead of Pokeballs etc etc. I also do not see the point of Eco Arm when you run a low amount of 'useful' tools and not many...

How Do You Build a Trainer Line for a Deck?

just test test and test. thats all you can do really.

    Standard Archie's Primal Kyogre EX

i see your strategy, but your list is not very optimized to pull it off, especially on turn one. I would suggest dropping the healing scarves completely and add 1 more ultraball and maybe 1 or 2 diveballs. I dont see the point of lopunny so i would get rid of them. Basically you need a bunch of...

Returning Player - What to Buy for a Decent Amount of Cards?

    1) Yes buy roaring skies unless you want to buy single Shaymin EXs which are crazy expensive 2) just buy singles, you can save more money that way

    Vespiquen Variants

Mega Manectric is a bad matchup as it does not hit for weakness and all of your pokemon can be OHKO'd. As for teching, I'm currently testing out Hawlucha; it can still be OHKO'd but it can at least put the math in your favor

    Discussion Is Wailord-EX Viable?

nope, with all the grass pokemon and support that came out with Ancient Origins, its pretty much nonexistent. its one of those decks that come out to shock the meta, and then vanishes completely.

How Do You Build a Trainer Line for a Deck?

For me, there really is not breakdown as to how many cards you should run. I find it more important to rely on gut-feel and to use a process of elimination when deck building and choosing cards. Before I got the hang of it, I actually started out making a list with 4 of everything I could think...

    Vespiquen Variants

I've been working with Hawlucha recently, cuz let's face it, this deck is prone to bad starts, even though I love it to bits haha. Also helps against the Manectric matchup, especially if you've used Hex Maniac the previous turn.
