    I am confused about ID's. I have not been playing for very long and have never been asked, or asked someone else to ID. I would like to know when to ID, why to ID, and is it legal?

    Ruling Generations for States?

    Will generations cards be legal for states? I will most likely be playing Raichu and just wanted to make sure that I could use the reprinted Generations cards.
